RETURNS AND REFUNDS

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return any unused, unopened product. Refunds will be returned by the same payment method or applied to webstore credit only. There will be no refunds on any opened or used item unless the product is faulty. No exceptions. Please note: We do not have a money back guarantee. CBD affects everyone differently and is not a chemically produced product. We are not able to accept back any product that has been opened or used. To request a refund, send an email to medicatedmadame@gmail.com. Include a copy of your receipt and the reason for the request. All approved refunds will post back to the original payment method within 15 business days of receiving the returned item. Webstore credit refunds will post as soon as the returned item is received.
